Jason brings more than 20 years of experience across business consulting, sales, and recruitment. From Fortune 100 companies to high-growth startups, he has built his career by partnering with organizations to drive transformation through strategic talent acquisition and effective leadership.
Coming from three generations of engineers, Jason once imagined following in their footsteps, but differential equations had other plans. He pivoted into finance, though he never lost his passion for the built environment. That passion ultimately led him to found Tamarack Search Group, a firm focused exclusively on construction and critical infrastructure. If he wasn't going to build the projects himself, he was determined to help build the teams behind them.
Today, Tamarack Search Group specializes in placing talent across mission critical, commercial and industrial, and power and energy construction projects nationwide. Jason's technical curiosity and deep industry relationships help him understand not only the roles he fills, but also the projects those roles support.
When he's not connecting great people with great projects, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, cheering from the sidelines at his daughter's soccer games, exploring new hiking trails throughout the Pacific Northwest, and tackling his next DIY home project.
